A challenge with packaging design is merchandising and planogram design. Stores will often ask for our expertise on how to display products the best way for their customer. I enjoy working on the initial design, to prototype, to large scale implementation. All items below have also had packaging designed and directed by me.

I had the opportunity to create a Trimaco-exclusive merchandising program for more than 225 Sherwin-Williams stores. From the overall layout and signage to fixture concepts and product ordering, I managed every aspect of the project to create a more engaging and effective shopping experience.
One of the highlights was developing two interactive swatch flip-through displays that allow customers to explore additional products and physically feel material differences through protected samples. The goal was to make product selection easier while encouraging customers to discover more of the Trimaco product line.
The results have exceeded expectations, with featured product categories seeing sales increases of more than 50% since the planogram launched.
